Whether it is your first run, a chance to build confidence or an opportunity to refine your technique, the Mont Grand-Fonds Ski School helps children, teens and adults progress in a welcoming and safe environment. Alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and adaptive skiing: everyone can improve at their own pace with passionate instructors.

Iniski, Inisurf and Inifond are designed for guests who have never tried a snow sport. These introduction packages include alpine ski, snowboard or cross-country ski equipment rental, a one-hour private lesson and access to the beginner-area T-bar or the cross-country ski trails.
* With these packages, you must report to the customer service counter in the main lodge at least 60 minutes before the lesson begins. For a 9 a.m. lesson, arrive when the resort opens at 8:30 a.m.
** Per additional person, up to a maximum of four participants.

The Confidence Package is step two. It is designed for skiers and snowboarders who want to continue learning turns on easy terrain and build confidence with an instructor on trails suited to their ability. Your instructor will choose the most appropriate terrain. The package includes equipment rental, a one-hour lesson and an all-mountain lift ticket valid for the day.
* With these packages, you must report to the customer service counter in the main lodge at least 60 minutes before the lesson begins. For a 9 a.m. lesson, arrive when customer service opens at 8:30 a.m.

The important details
To book a lesson, call 418-665-0095, ext. 157. Customer service can also take bookings by phone or at the customer service counter at the resort.
For adaptive ski lessons, contact the Mont Grand-Fonds Ski School directly at ecole.com or call 418-665-0095, ext. 157, at least seven days in advance.
A reservation secured with a VISA or Mastercard is required. Full payment is due when the reservation is made.
If you cannot attend your appointment, contact customer service at 418-665-0095, ext. 151, before 3 p.m. on the day before your lesson. Your lesson can then be moved to a later date without penalty.
After 3 p.m. on the day before the lesson, no changes or cancellations are permitted and no refund or credit will be issued.
* Management reserves the right to cancel a group if the student-to-instructor ratio is insufficient.
* If a Snow Class program is cancelled, the refund is prorated according to the number of lessons remaining as of the cancellation date.
Skiing for everyone! Speak with our Ski School manager, who will recommend a package based on your needs. A support person skis free for the duration of the package. Reservations must be made at least seven days in advance.

Keep improving
Build your skills and confidence in a friendly, enjoyable setting. Themed sessions are offered on trails selected for each clinic, from easy green circles to expert double black diamonds. Topics may include speed control through short, medium or long turns, moguls, powder, carving and glade skiing. Themes and dates will be announced on our website, social media and newsletters.
$75 per person. A one-person clinic lasts one hour; clinics with two or more participants last two hours.
The 8-week Snow Class programs are designed for children ages 5 to 15, from beginner to advanced, starting January 4, 2026.
NEW! Snowboard groups may be offered based on demand by age and ability level.
For children age 5, a parent may need to accompany the child and follow the group until the child can use the T-bar independently.
Management reserves the right to cancel a group if the student-to-instructor ratio is insufficient.
* If the program is cancelled, the refund is prorated according to the number of lessons remaining as of the cancellation date.
** For children age 5: Sundays from 10 to 11 a.m. Eight-week program.
*** For adults and children ages 6 to 12: Sundays from 10 a.m. to noon.
